ROAR

Roar!! School starts, means waking up very early in the morning, and feeling sleepy the whole day. LOL... Just starting to feel comfortable in my holiday mood, my class has started!! Timetable is just so shitty, with classes till 8pm and many long breaks in between!! @.@ WTF!! Really hope that I could still spare some time in updating my blog and not be drown in assignment again. But I think that it will hardly happen. :(

So talking about this outfit, since simple dark colours combination is one of Fall 2013 trend, I have matched a black oversize top with a grey pants for this outfit. I always love the comfort of wearing oversize top especially during hot weather.

To compliment more on the outfit, layering has always been a trend in all season, and since the trend of shirt on waist is back, I tied my denim shirt on my waist to create a better visual of layering overall. Denim could always be so versatile in any style, blending into any combination just perfectly. Another element that should not be missed in this outfit is the unconventional prints on my top, with pop out colours creating a more statement attraction to enhance the overall black/grey look.

With leather and boots as an important trend this season, I have chosen my leather boots to create a more rugged look. As for accessories, minimalistic is always my best choice to avoid overwhelming the entire outfit.

HELLO SINGAPORE

So I had my sem break for the last 3 weeks, and class is gonna start next Monday! Why time passes so fast when it's holiday :( So during this whole holiday, I actually did not do anything special. The only place I went to was Singapore last weekend, just to visit my relatives over there. So there is actually nothing much to talk about for this trip. LOL

So for this post, I don't think there is much to say, but there is many pictures to see. Hahaha...

So before I start, I will show you this crazy collection room of Stitch. If you are a Stitch lover, you can totally go insane in here!! When I uploaded this picture to Instagram, everyone was asking me where is this place in Singapore. Let me tell you guys, this is actually my uncle's house, and he is a big Stitch fans. He has a room just for all his collection, and there is even air-conditioner in the room (for the toys) LOL. He travel to Japan a lot, so I think there is where he bought most of all this cool toys from. Btw, the one that I'm holding on my hand is call Cheburashka. I think it's very cute. XD

So this is where the tourist me starts. LOL... The artwork above is from a hallway towards Marina Bay. I have not been to Marina Bay at night, because the last trip I went was during day time, so for this trip I wanted to check out the beautiful scenery of Marina Bay at night. (time for pictures, pictures and pictures. Just being a typical tourist) Hahahhaha...XD

Just look at the awesome scenery that is fill with colourful lights. It was really windy that night, and this explain why my hair is so messy in the pictures. LOL... But the point is I really like how relaxing it is to walk around Marina Bay at night, feeling the wind and the breeze, looking at family and people having their evening walk/jog. With all the lights from all the tall building surrounding it, it has lighten up the whole place and making it so lively. There is even a fountain show, with led lights, smoke and bubbles. I have uploaded a few instavideo at my Instagram, you can go over to check it out!! :)

Have you heard of MOS Burger? It's actually from japan, and you can't find it here in Malaysia. But luckily it's everywhere in Singapore, and my sis love it a lot. So we had this burger like literally everyday. LOL... It's actually quite special, because the typical burger bun is replace with Japanese rice, like those in sushi. So it's kinda like a burger sushi. Hahaha... XD

Welcome to Haji Lane. It was my last day here, so my cousin from Singapore brought us to Haji Lane, where it's a lane something like Malacca. They have boutique and shops on both sides, and also some awesome mural on the wall of the lane.

 My beautiful mama

 Cousin and siblings :)

So that's all for my short trip to Singapore. I really want to go to Universal Studio Singapore on my next trip here :( The ticket price is actually quite expensive, have to start saving from now!!

PRICE TAG

Oh no, I just realize that I have not updated this space for a week. I'm so sorry, because I'm just back from Singapore. Did not did much there, but will update bout my trip soon. :)  So although it's midnight now and I'm having a bad headache, I will still update a little. LOL

So when someone mention about price tag, it will always reminds me of Jessie J's song "it's not about the money, money, money" Hahhaa... So yeah, everything it's not about the money. I believe you will have seen what I'm wearing now before, and I think that fashion should have 3R too. To reduce, reuse and recycle. XD What's the point of buying something that you can't wear more than once right?

Some people will go for branded stuff, but for me I go for what I like. I think that cheap stuff could also mix and match into something awesome, it's not about the price, not about the name, but it's about the style. You can buy fashion, but you can't buy style. So who cares if it's an inspired piece or something that is cheap with no brand, most importantly is to wear it with a distinct style that makes you looks special. You could just mix and match what you have in your closet with some other stuff, and wear it over and over again with a different style and look.

So just reduce shopping, and reuse what you have in your closet, if it's something that not suitable for you already, you could always recycle it by donating to the ones that is in need. How great that fashion could make this world a better place right? Hahahha :)

GO GOLD

So let me tell you guys something. I think the hardest part in blogging will be thinking a title for the blog post. LOL... I will always crack my head and try to think for a title that could be relevant to my outfit. So every time I have a new outfit post, I will look through my outfit over and over again, finding some words that is relevant to be the post title. So as for this outfit, it will be Go Gold. Hahahhaa...

It is actually quite relevant right? Just try to spot how many gold stuff is there in this outfit? My gold baroque print t-shirt, matched with my Swag 3D gold cap, gold cross necklace and my robot gold shoe. XD So this is how I think of blog post title, the most colour in the outfit. LOL.. Maybe in future there will be Go Black/Blue/Red etc...? Hahahhahaha XD

Since gold is already a loud and bright colour, I wanted the others to stay minimalistic and simple. Most importantly suitable to wear in this hot weather here in Malaysia. :)
p/s: will be going to Singapore this weekend, so any Singaporean readers here? Remember to say hi if you see me on the street :)
